A bet was a bet. Dave had lost and now for the return flight from New York to London he had to be Davina. The other Trolly Dollies leant their spare uniforms and did his make-up.
Before the flight the Pilot called Davina into his hotel room, where he learnt how to keep the men in First Class happy!
